לאחר שנה שלמה של פעילות בבי"ס פרנקל, אנו נאלצים להפסיק את הפעילות בביה"ס. הסיבה לכך היא שביה"ס לתלמידי חו"ל, שמימן את שכירת המקום עבורנו, החליט לסגור לנו את הברז. נכון לשבוע הבא, ה-22 לספטמבר, אנו עוברים למועדון קונסטנטין שנמצא בפינת רחוב קינג ג'ורג' וההסתדרות. שעות הפעילות לשבוע הבא ישתנו כדלקמן:
סדנה - 20:00 - 20:30
שיעור - 20:30 - 21:30
מסיבה - 21:30 - 23:30
הכניסה תהיה ללא תשלום כהרגלנו (עד 23:30) - עליכם רק להודיע בכניסה שאתם ממדיה נוצ'ה סלסה.

מדיה נוצ'ה קיימת כבר כמעט 3 שנים, התחלנו כקבוצה קטנה של אנשים שרקדה ברחבות ארעיות - היכן שרק התאפשר. המשכנו וגדלנו וצברנו עוד ועוד חברים עד לכדי מספר כה גדול שלא מאפשר לנו לחזור לאותם רחבות ארעיות - התקדמנו יותר מדי קדימה כדי לחזור כל כך הרבה אחורה. האולם בביה"ס פרנקל הוא מקום גדול, נוח וזמין לכולנו. אנו שואפים להמשיך ולפעול שם ונעשה את מירב המאמצים לנסות ולהשיג את המימון לשם כך. על כן אנו פונים אליכם לראשונה מזה 3 שנים בבקשה להתגייס לעזרתנו: באמצעות, לדוגמא, רעיונות לגבי ארגון כלשהוא שיכול לעזור לנו במימון ישיר או לחילופין בגיוס כספים, קשר כלשהו לפילנטרופים פוטנציאליים, קשר עם חברות עסקיות פוטנציאליות למימון בתמורה לפרסום, וכו'.

Hello Media Noche members,
After a full year of meeting at the Frenkel School, we have to discontinue our activity there: the Rothberg international school which belongs to the Hebrew University, which sponsored renting the place for us, informed us that it will not support our activity any longer.
Next Monday, Sep. 22, we will meet at the Constantine club, downtown, near the corner of King George and the Histadrut streets. Out schedule for next Monday is:
- workshop: 20.00 - 20.30
- classes: 20:30 - 21:30
- party: 21:30 - 23:30.
Admission (till 23:30), as usual, is free, and please tell the doormen that you belong to Media Noche (salsa).
We will let you know about the location of our coming weeks activities ASAP.
Media Noche has been around for about 3 years. It was started by a small group of people who danced at improvised venues. Time passed and our membership grew tremendously - so that by now we cannot make do anymore with dancing at any old place.
The Frenkel School venue is spacious, convenient and accessible to all of us and we would like to continue meeting there. Therefore we ask you, for the first time during our 3 years of activity, to give a hand: please let us have your ideas about philanthropists, organizations or businesses that might be willing to support us financially.
Alternatively, if you can point at viable alternatives to the Frenkel School venue, please inform us.
Media Noche is a voluntary framework, which for the last three years supplied us with exciting dancing and socializing evenings. It is up to us whether it will keep going, or die out. Please help us with finding a solution for our current predicament, so that we can keep having a good time together, week after week.
